ICAS Icas Board Approves Bylaws Change

In accordance with Section 17, Paragraph E of the ICAS Bylaws, the ICAS Board of Directors recently approved a change to the ICAS Bylaws that now makes it possible for the Board to have either a single secretary/treasurer or two separate individuals, one serving as secretary and the other as treasurer. Previously, the ICAS Bylaws stipulated that a single individual would serve as secretary/treasurer and there was no allowance for separate individuals serving as secretary and treasurer.

As required by the ICAS Bylaws, the change was approved with a two-thirds affirmative vote of the Board and required small wording changes in six different places of Section 10 of the ICAS Bylaws.
