Music Licensing for Your 2025 Air Show | February 10th, 2025 |
 For U.S. ICAS member air shows, ICAS is pleased to once again offer a discounted music licensing package with the three largest music licensing organizations: ASCAP, BMI and SESAC. As a reminder, music licensing is required for all PUBLIC air show days; music licenses are not required for practice/rehearsal days if they are not open to the public.
The 2025 music licensing rates are $700 for a one (1) day air show, $1,000 for a two (2) day air show, $1,250 for a three (3) day air show, $1,500 for a four (4) day air show, $1,750 for a five (5) day air show, $2,000 for a six (6) day air show and $2,250 for a seven (7) day air show.
