After nearly three years of pandemic-related adjustments and restrictions, last week’s 2022 ICAS Convention suggests continued progress toward normal operations for the North American air show community in 2023 and beyond. A total of 1,377 delegates gathered at the Caesars Forum Conference Center, including 683 event organizers representing 164 different air shows, principally in the United States and Canada.
“Convention attendance was up more than 16% as compared to 2021,” said ICAS President John Cudahy. “And they were an enthusiastic crowd, eager to do business and prepare for the 2023 air show season.”
