The grand finale of the 2025 ICAS Convention will be a fun-filled opportunity to share a nice meal with your air show colleagues, recognize the top achievers and industry leaders of the air show community, and conclude the 2025 ICAS Convention with style. Although black tie is optional for this big bash, you'll be comfortable in either formal wear or business attire.

Survivor Party

In what has become a hugely popular addition and festive conclusion to our time together in Vegas, the ICAS Survivor Party will give convention delegates an opportunity to socialize one last time before leaving this year's convention and heading back home to continue planning for the 2026 air show season. Held immediately following the conclusion of the Chairman's Banquet, the Survivor Party is also your chance to congratulate and celebrate with this year's top award winners before saying goodbye to your air show colleagues.

Social Event Tickets

Full registration fees include admission to all social events; our traditional Welcome Reception; the Opening General Session Keynote Presentation; the Awards Luncheon; and the annual Chairman's Banquet (black-tie optional).

Day pass fees include admission to social events for the day of the pass purchased.

Registered delegates may purchase social event tickets for the Welcome Reception ($50), Awards Luncheon ($50) and Chairman's Banquet ($75) on-site in Las Vegas for their spouses, family members and guests. Social event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
