Each year, the ICAS Convention Welcome Reception provides delegates with a unique opportunity to renew friendships, welcome convention newbies and get the ICAS Convention off to a great start. “Black, White and a Touch of Red,” the theme for the 2025 welcome reception, is deliberately ambiguous and intended to give lots of room for interpretation by convention delegates. As always, convention delegates are encouraged, but not required, to attend in costume. Prizes will be awarded for best overall costume, best group costume, and most original costume.

Each year, the annual membership meeting of the International Council of Air Shows provides ICAS leadership with an opportunity to brief members on the current state of the organization. It also provides members with an opportunity to ask ICAS leadership any question that they might have about the organization. At this year’s annual membership meeting, the ICAS Board will review work done this year to develop a five-year strategic plan for the organization.

Join us as we get dressed up a bit, enjoy each other’s company and celebrate the end of the ICAS Convention and the beginning of a new air show season.

Social Event Tickets
Full registration fees include admission to all social events; our traditional Welcome Reception; the Opening General Session Keynote Presentation; the Awards Luncheon; and the annual Chairman's Banquet (black-tie optional).
Day pass fees include admission to social events for the day of the pass purchased.
Registered delegates may purchase social event tickets for the Welcome Reception ($50), Awards Luncheon ($50) and Chairman's Banquet ($75) on-site in Las Vegas for their spouses, family members and guests. Social event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
