Active members in good standing may register any individuals affiliated with their organization for the convention. You must be logged into the ICAS website in order to complete registration.

 

What’s Included in a Registration?

Full registration fees include admission to the three separate exhibit sessions in the 60,000-square-foot ICAS Convention exhibit hall in the Paris Ballroom; access to more than 30 break-out educational sessions; our traditional Welcome Reception on the evening of Tuesday, December 8; the Opening General Session keynote presentation on Wednesday, December 9; complimentary lunch in the exhibit hall on Wednesday, December 9; and the annual Chairman’s Banquet (black-tie optional) on the convention's final evening, Thursday, December 10.

 

In addition, all registered ICAS Convention delegates will receive a one-year subscription to the ICAS Fast Facts e-mail newsletter, ICAS Operations Bulletin e-mail newsletter, and Air Shows Magazine, the quarterly professional journal of the air show industry.

What’s Not Included in a Registration?

Registration does not include membership fees, booth space, hotel and transportation-related expenses, or admission to the following:

 

Air Force Open House Workshop

Air Shows 101: Air/Ground Operations Training

Air Shows 102: Business Basics (two-part seminar)

Air Boss 201: Air Boss Workshop

Sponsorship for Events Workshop 

 

 

Refunds and Cancellations

IMPORTANT: In recognition of the turbulent and sometimes unpredictable circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, ICAS has dramatically restructured its refund and cancellation policy for the 2020 ICAS Convention.

 

All cancellation requests must be received in writing at ICAS headquarters. Written requests will be accepted via email.

If a registrant is prohibited from attending by illness or by exposure to the COVID-19 virus, registration fees will be refunded in full at any time.

If the Paris Las Vegas Hotel is closed or if ICAS is otherwise prohibited from holding its convention at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel, registration fees will be refunded in full.

Under any circumstances, registration fees will be refunded in full if written notice is received prior to 5 p.m. EST on Wednesday, December 2. Fees paid for workshops and seminars that require an additional fee are also refundable in full prior to Wednesday, December 2 at 5 p.m.. EST. 

If a registrant is not ill or if he/she has not been exposed to the COVID-19 virus and his/her cancellation request is received after December 2 at 5 p.m. and before Monday, December 7 at 11:59 p.m., he/she will receive a 50% refund in registration fees.

The only refunds made for cancellations received after 11:59 p.m. EST on Monday, December 7 will be for illness or exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
