Convention Space Draw Scheduled For May

In April, exhibitors from the 2023 ICAS convention will be informed via email about the booth selection process for the upcoming convention, which includes details such as the 2024 exhibit hall layout and their specific reservation slot for booth space. Maintaining the upgrade introduced in 2022, 
the booth dimensions will remain at 10 feet by 10 feet. This enhancement, offering a 25% increase in space compared to earlier years, aims to deepen each booth for a more engaging and spacious environment for potential clients and to alleviate congestion. 

After ensuring that all sponsors and exhibitors from 2023 have selected their spaces, availability will then be extended to new participants and those who were absent from the last convention. It’s important to remember that the allocation of booth spaces will prioritize based on the seniority of your 
exhibiting history.

The venue for the 2024 ICAS Convention has been confirmed as the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, scheduled for December 9-12, 2024, reinforcing our commitment to providing a premium experience for all attendees.
