| When an accident occurs at an air show, a carefully choreographed emergency response is executed to handle the actual accident. After that on-site response, however, there is less certainty about the human response. This session will discuss what aspects of this human response we do well, what we do less well, and how we can make small changes to have more certainty in this area and do a better job overall.
