| Session description: Talk to anyone about the traits of good leaders and they will list a handful of the most common: trust, good communicator, courage, vision, etc. There are seven, however that never come up, but it’s these seven that separate good leaders from great, and push shows and performers from average to excellent. In this session we will look at the seven lost traits and talk about how you can use each one intentionally (whups, gave one away) to raise the bar for your show, your team and our industry. |
