| During a sit-down luncheon on Wednesday, December 8, the air show community will gather to recognize creativity and excellence in execution with the presentation of the 2021 ICAS Pinnacle Awards. Following lunch, marketing consultant Kristin Spiotto will introduce the audience to the importance and value of telling their business stories more clearly and effectively. She will explain how to develop and explain an organization’s marketing and branding messages in a way that cuts through the noise of the marketplace and positions that organization’s products or services the way that they want them positioned in the minds of customers and prospective customers. The session will focus on helping participants learn how to tell their stories more clearly and compellingly to sponsors, spectators, volunteers and community leaders, and in a manner that encourages them to listen and better understand the organization and how it serves its customers.
