Booth Space Draw Now Open To All ICAS Members | June 14th, 2024 |
 ICAS has now opened the booth selection to all ICAS members for the exhibit hall at the 2024 ICAS Convention. All 2023 exhibitors have had the opportunity to select booth space for this year’s convention. Being held December 9 - 12 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, this is the fourth consecutive year that ICAS has used a virtual space draw to apportion ICAS Convention booth space.
Individual booth size is 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. Exhibit booth pricing for the 2024 ICAS Convention is $800 for a standard booth, $825 for a premium booth and $850 for a superior booth. Once again, this year, booth payments will be made in two installments. Exhibitors that select a booth between now and June 20th will only need to put 50% down with the balance due by September 15. Importantly, this installment payment offer will not be available after June 20th. Booth deposits and booth payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
