| Increasingly, military bases are making increased use of civilian contractors to do some or even all of the planning and decision-making related to hosting an open house. For many months, ICAS has been working with military representatives to sketch out an approach that would allow even more outsourcing of air show functions while staying within both APF and NAF policy and guidance. In this session, we’ll review progress in this area and finish with a question-and-answer discussion to help all in attendance to better understand if and how this new program might be appropriate for your base. |
