2022 ICAS Convention Update

July 6th, 2022
  • Details on our two keynote sessions on the mornings of Tuesday, December 13 and Thursday, December 15 are just about finalized and will be announced soon. They will bookend what already promises to be an exciting, entertaining and productive annual convention at the brand new Forum Convention Center in Las Vegas. Watch this space for details on the keynote presentations, our full program of workshops and break-out education sessions, and a number of new features designed to improve every delegate’s ICAS Convention experience.
  • The pace of convention registrations continues to exceed all previous years. Right now, 323 members have registered to attend this year’s big event as compared to 268 on this date in 2018, the previous high water mark for June 29.  The current registration rate of $555 ($455 after the $100 rebate if you stay in the ICAS block at the host hotel) will be offered until August 15 or when the total number of registrations reaches 425, whichever comes first. • Similarly, display booths in the exhibit hall are going fast. As of this morning, 94.2% of available booths have been reserved, leaving just 14 booths available. We cannot stress enough and want to give members fair, frequent and early warning: booth space for this year’s convention will sell out much earlier than normal. And once that space is gone, there’s nothing ICAS will be able to do to reconfigure the hall to create more booths.
