| In recognition of our first ever convention at the iconic Caesars Palace, ICAS will hold its first – and perhaps last – toga party/welcome reception. Each year, the welcome reception is a unique opportunity to renew friendships, welcome convention newbies and get the ICAS Convention off to a great start. This year, the event also promises to be an epic photo opportunity with prizes to be awarded for best costume, most original costume, best group costume and more.
