This session will address promotions and corporate sales, which are critical elements of any air show, no matter how small or large. In this information-packed, introductory-level session, we’ll discuss driving attendance by utilizing publicity tools like press releases, website and social media, generating news coverage with media rides, bartering for radio/television ad time and leveraging cross-promotions. In the corporate sales portion of the session, you’ll learn how to generate revenue with on-site advertising opportunities and sponsorships including developing display packages/contracts, qualifying potential sponsors, creating and valuing sponsorship proposals/agreements and maintaining sponsor relations before, during and after your show. |
